To register at the Royal Hospital Medical Centre, you must reside at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
The contractual boundary for which the Royal Hospital Chelsea medical centre has with the NHS to provide primary care services is the following:
‘The area in respect of which persons resident in it will, subject to any other terms of the contract relating to patient registration, be entitled to register with the contractor, or seek acceptance by the contractor as a temporary resident, is the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Royal Hospital Road, London, SW3 4SR’
Therefore, unfortunately we are only able to register patients who reside at the Royal Hospital Chelsea and therefore have this as their address.
